Flu Shot Options for CDPHP Members

If you have adult CDPHP patients who can’t make it to your office for a flu shot this year, remind them that they can take advantage of their no-cost flu shot benefit at CVS, Price Chopper, or another CDPHP-participating pharmacy location. See details here.

Change in Notification Program
